Over setting up his business in the Med-Tech field, he has gained essential international experience in finance, strategy development, and marketing working with leading medical device companies across the globe. Owing to his international assignments in Europe and the US, Sarvesh brings a solid track record of successful product launches and management of commercial organizations across different geographies. Prior to setting up his own entrepreneurial ventures, Sarvesh held senior positions at Capital One, Cintas, USA, and Bajaj Auto. He is a graduate of the University of Florida, Gainesville.

Scott McFarland is the Chief Executive Officer of IntegriMedical with more than 25 years of experience in leading healthcare organizations. An actively practicing intellectual property attorney since 1997, Scott has a highly-versatile skill set that uniquely combines law, health/medical delivery systems, finance, and risk management that sustainably scales pre-revenue for companies.

Prior to heading IntegriMedical, Scott held top-level positions at multiple leading healthcare organizations including- the Hawaii Health Systems Corporation (HHSC) where he served as CEO, Cleveland Clinic where he served as its first President of Population Health, and Healthways where he led innovation, product development, and product management. He is a graduate of Purdue University and Drake University Law School.

Mark is the Chief Operating Officer of IntegriMedical, and a successful entrepreneur for over 25 years. He has successfully set up several businesses and has extensive senior management experience in sales, marketing, and OEM supply chain management. Mark has travelled around Asia extensively and has in-depth knowledge of global importing, exporting, and overseas production acquiring a great understanding of key global markets. Mark excels in significant growth categories with the intent of scaling profitably and exiting through strategic equity events. Mark was most recently a Board Director at Hapbee Technologies, where he handled global operations. He held the titles of President & Chief Operating Officer at Xponential and Ziglar family.

Ankur has over 20 years of experience in the medical device industry spanning design, manufacturing, risk management, quality, regulatory and upstream marketing. He is a design for six sigma master black belt and is the co-founder of a successful healthcare company, which provides high-value engineering and regulatory services for the medical device industry. He has in-depth experience bringing complex and novel Class I, II, and III devices from concept through to commercialization. He has worked with Medtronic, Boston Scientific and Tata Group in the design and development of several life-sustaining and enhancing products like implantable cardioverter defibrillators, pacemakers, stents, delivery systems, and heavy commercial vehicles. He is a graduate of Wayne State University and has an MBA from the University of Minneapolis.

Simon is the Director of Supply Chain and has over 30 years of experience in supply chain & manufacturing in China & Hongkong. His expertise in design, production, logistics, and sourcing to/from international customers add tremendous value to the organizational processes. He continues to be a leader in his field. He is a graduate of The Swire School of Design, The Hong Kong Polytechnic University.

Rohit worked with Sanofi in sales for 38+ years. After his tenure at Sanofi, he joined IntegriMedical as Head of Business Development. He has expertise in B2B sales and negotiation skills, and a proven ability to plan and manage resources. Rohit has travelled across various geographies & has significant experience in the Orthopaedics & Pediatric segment. A gold medallist in Post Graduation, Rohit has also attended lots of developmental programs including institutes like XLRI, Jamshedpur.
