Maintain aseptic techniques
Basic Care
Confirm no air bubbles in cartridge
Hold
Thumps up hold with N-FIS device in the palm
Position
Device position to be at 90 degrees to the site
Route
Pinch/pull the skin for SC and spread skin taut for IM
Contact
Complete contact with skin and no gap
Pressure
Light, even pressure for both SC & IM
Trigger
Press trigger button from the side with the thumb
Post Trigger
Maintain pressure for 3 seconds after releasing the trigger button
